As Spring arrives, so do the promises we make to ourselves to get into better shape, to walk more and exercise daily. We vow to make positive life changes. I am no exception.
I decided to jump back on the fitness wagon, again. I decided that I would do another million step challenge. I knew that it would come with new challenges, since now I am working a full-time job that is not home based. However, I did not anticipate falling down stairs during the first week, injuring my dominant wrist and my toe. Here I am two weeks in and I'm only average 3 - 5K steps before my toe starts throbbing.
So, am I giving up? No.
It's called a challenge for a reason. If it were easy, everyone would be doing it.
I will succeed, it will just take a little longer.
