I started a new job yesterday. It's very different from any other job I've had, but I'm hopeful.
Now to begin my 200-day fitness challenge. I'll outline the details in my next post.
I almost forgot to mention this, last month I ate pescatarian. For the full month, I gave up eating all land animals (poultry, beef, pork, etc.). I did continue to eat fish and eggs. I am proud of myself, that is the longest I've ever gone without a piece of meat.
If I can do that, I can do anything.

This job did not last. After only 2 months, I accepted another job at a different company. I've been at my newest job for almost 6 months, and I'm still loving it.
As for my 200 day challenge, that did not last either.
However, I'm happy to say that on Sept. 1st I started a new challenge, 100# in 1 year. It's only been 29 days, but I've adjusted my eating habits, and have been averaging a 3# a week weight loss. I've also signed up for a 3 month Transformation Challenge which begins Oct 1 and ends December 31. All in all, I'm making progress.
