Week One of 12

Hi everyone... Some of you may be wondering how my fitness program is going so far, well so far things are going in the right direction.

I've just finished my first of twelve weeks, and I feel pretty good about it. I ate six small healthy meals a day everyday except two; Free Day, which was Saturday is my regularly scheduled day for eating what I want, and Sunday I gave blood and had cookies and juice afterwards. I also worked out for all of my six scheduled days.

Below was my workout schedule for last week:

My goal is to get up at 5:30 AM (though I've been a little sluggish my first week, often getting up between 5:40 am and 6:00 am) and workout before work. I have succeeded in working out before work every day.

My scale weight is down 4 pounds (much of which I know is water), and my body fat percentage wiggled down a bit (down .8 percent).

So all in all, week one was an awesome week. Week 12 here I come.,
