On a fitness note, I thought about ways to incorporate fitness goals into this challenge; I've decided that for week one I'd do 20 minutes of cardio every other day, preferably before work. If I can do more I will, but I will commit to every other day for 20 minutes. I know this may not sound like much, but it's a start. As for week two, you'll have to come back to find out what those are.
