Hello everyone... this is going to be a brief post.

During this past couple of weeks, things have not gone smoothly for me.

I know that I promised to blog daily, and I haven't.

I am down 2 pounds this week. My total weight loss since I've begun my journey, including the times when I've fallen off the wagon, is 32.8 pounds.

So, I'm on day 5, and let me tell you this... it's not easy.

This will be a brief check-in about yesterday's progress.

 

Today, let me just jump right in with my trials; sleep has been a big issue for me.
